6/22 Update

Parking - Please remember to walk to the meet to free up parking for Holly Glenn.

Time - We will warm-up from 5:00p to 5:30p. Holly Glenn will practice from 5:30p to 6:00p. The national anthem will be played at 6p and the meet will start following the anthem.

Volunteer Meeting - We will conduct a "meet brief" at 5:45p. All volunteers will be called for a quick huddle, matching volunteers from both teams together (i.e. Stroke and Turn officials from both teams), and answer any questions volunteers may have about the meet.

Heat Sheets - When available, Heat Sheets will be in the "files" section below. Printouts will be provided to volunteers at the meet.

Address - 6333 Kit Creek Road, Morrisville, NC 27560

Parking is limited but there is street parking available. Please abide by the no parking signs, we don't want anyone getting a ticket or towed during the meet.

Time - We will warm-up from 5:30p to 6:00p. The national anthem will be played at 6p and the meet will start immediately following the anthem.

Volunteer Meeting - Kitt's Creek will conduct a "meet brief" about 15 minutes prior to the start of the meet. All volunteers will be called for a quick huddle, matching volunteers from both teams together (i.e. Stroke and Turn officials from both teams), and answer any questions volunteers may have about the meet.

Order of Events - Kitt's Creek does *not* have lights. They have more than 100 swimmers. The TSA Rep expects to run full heats for freestyle, and backstroke. It's likely that the TSA Rep will switch to *Main Heats only* for Breaststroke and Butterfly before finishing with freestyle relays. Time permitting, we will go back and run the additional heats for Breaststroke and Butterfly.

Heat Sheets - Heat Sheets will be made available to parents and swimmers by noon on Monday. Check the Swimtopia site after noon on Monday. (Main Website - Meets & Events - Click that Meet - See "Files")

Concessions - Kitt's Creek has a wide variety of concessions available at the meet. We've been told to come hungry. We will share a copy of the menu as soon as possible, which includes a variety of sandwiches.

Volunteering - We still have a few open slots for volunteer positions (1 Kid Pusher, 2 Lane Timers, 1 Place Judge, Runner, and Scorekeeper). If you haven't already, please sign up.
