Arbor Creek at Eagle Ridge

Start: 6:00 PM
Warm-up (ready to jump in): 5:30 PM - (Kid Pushers Arrive at 5:15 PM)

**Parking**
Small main pool parking lot as well as the side of the street; do not block driveways.

**Pool**
The pool has 6 lanes and is 25 yards long (5.5 to 3.5 feet deep) with secured blocks.

**Swimmers**
Eagle Ridge expects about 50-60 swimmers.
Please ensure that each swimmer's number is easily visible on their arm prior to the meet.

**Lighting**
Eagle Ridge has pool lighting

**Timing System**
Dolphin Timing System (6th year).

**Pool Deck**
Most of the pool deck is in direct sunlight with little shade, and seating is limited. If you have any canopy tents and lawn chairs, they are a great idea to bring. The right side is for our team. Feel free to set up tents on the pool deck.

**Meet Admin**
Parents and swimmers MUST not approach the table or ask for updated scores; all information is available on mobile phones via the SwimTopia app. Any concerns/issues should be coordinated THROUGH Sam Trogdon.

**Concessions**
La Roma personal pizzas (cheese and pepperoni), hot dogs, walking tacos, Sunset slush ,snacks, candy, and drinks. Eagle Ridge accepts cash, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

**Parent/Coach Relay**
If the meet ends in a timely manner, we'll have a parent/coach relay where each leg swims 25 yards of freestyle. Please let me know if you are interested. The kids LOVE it!
