Meet 0 - Time Trails - Heat Sheet and Reminders

Greetings, Dragons!

Swim Meet #0 - Arbor Creek Time Trials

The Arbor Creek Dragons Time Trials are set for Tuesday, June 2!

The time trials are used for "seed" times for our first meet. We treat the time trials like a home meet. The time trials are a low-stress, great opportunity to learn. We will give step-by-step instructions and go very slow at the beginning of the meet so that everyone understands how each event works.

Warm-up: 5:30 PM - ALL SWIMMERS should be ready to jump in the water at 5:30 PM (wearing swim uniform and cap, if needed)

Athlete Numbers: Each swimmer should have their Initials (First and Last) and Athlete # written on their arm. The initials are written above the athlete number (i.e. AT 37). Athlete numbers are the same as last year. New Swimmers can find their Athlete number on the heat sheet (# beside the name) or the "Reg" column of the Roster File at https://arborcreekdragons.swimtopia.com/swim_meets.

Volunteer Meeting: 5:40 PM - At the ping pong table. Everyone will have an opportunity to try/shadow a position for the first half and then we will switch roles midway through the meet to try/shadow a different position in the second half.

Start: 6:00 PM - After the national anthem!

Heat Sheets (subject to change) and Important Information are on on the Meet Calendar at https://arborcreekdragons.swimtopia.com/swim_meets. Heat sheets allow you to see the order of the events. Combined events have been "bubbled together" on the heat sheet.

Stick around after the meet to help take down. Many hands make light work!

If your availability has changed, please notify me ASAP by tagging me in the Facebook post, emailing me at [email protected] OR texting at (919) 451-8421.
